How do I sign up for the Unlimited Club?

Signing up for our Unlimited Club is simple. You can join online through our e-commerce or visit our convenient location and talk with our friendly staff. The choice is yours!

What should I do if I get a new license plate or a new car?

If you have a new license plate or a different vehicle, you can easily update your information. Just head to the “Manage Membership” section on our e-commerce, or speak to one of our friendly employees at any of our locations, and they’ll assist you.

How do I cancel my plan?

If you ever decide to cancel your Unlimited Club membership, it’s hassle-free. You can do it online through our e-commerce or visit us at one of our locations, and we’ll take care of it for you.

What happens when I cancel my Unlimited plan?

When you cancel your Unlimited Club plan, you will no longer be billed for your membership. It’s as simple as that.

When will I be billed for my membership?

You’ll be billed for your Unlimited Club membership on the same date you joined every month, making it easy to keep track of.

How many times a day I can wash my car using the Wash Monthly Wash Club?

The Splash Auto Wash Monthly Club allows members to wash their eligible vehicle once a day each month the membership is renewed, and it can be canceled at any time.

Can I combine the membership with other offers?

The membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards.

Can I let other cars use my membership?

No, only the car enrolled in the Wash Club is eligible for the program.

What kind of vehicles are not eligible for the memberhip?

Taxis, limos, app-based transportation services, and other professional transportation vehicles are not eligible.

Is my membership transferable if I purchase a new vehicle?

Yes, your membership is transferable upon the purchase of a new vehicle. Just notify us, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

Are there any weather-related closures or maintenance schedules to be aware of?

Splash Auto Wash may close on occasions due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades. We recommend checking our website or contacting us for any service-related updates.

Which jurisdiction governs this agreement?

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
